02 Our Story

Born from a family
butcher in East London.

For three generations, our family has cut meat the way it was meant to be cut — by hand, with patience, and with respect for what's on the block.

Nova was started in 2019 by Imran & Yusuf, two brothers who grew up watching their grandfather work a shop in Whitechapel. The goal was simple: bring that same care and craftsmanship to homes across the UK — without the supermarket compromises.

Every cut is HMC certified halal. Every animal is sourced from a UK farm we've personally walked. And every order leaves our cold room within 24 hours of preparation.
