Delivery FAQ.

What if I'm not home?
Our insulated boxes keep contents at 2–4°C for up to 48 hours after dispatch — so a missed delivery isn't a disaster. We can leave with a neighbour, in a porch, or attempt redelivery the next day. Just leave instructions at checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available everywhere in Zone 1 & 2 for a small surcharge. Sundays we rest with our families. Same-day Saturday delivery is available in London if you order before 11am.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes — the box, the wool insulation, and the ice packs are all fully recyclable. Wool can go in your garden compost or returned for our farms. We collect used Nova boxes on next delivery if you'd like to return them.
How long does the meat stay fresh?
All vacuum-packed cuts have a 5-day use-by date from delivery, kept at fridge temperature. You can freeze any cut for up to 6 months — every label includes freezing instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take a quick photo and email it to hello@novahalal.co.uk within 48 hours. We'll refund or re-ship — no questions, no quibbles. Quality is everything.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, up to 4pm the day before dispatch. Log into your account, or reply to your order confirmation email and we'll sort it for you.
